Are you ready?!
The new courses at LATI are starting this week! Drop in: Big Drum Drills and Hachijo Form: Create Your Piece will begin tomorrow night. It will be exciting to have even more students here at the facility together. We've had many new students sign up after a successful Primer Week. Thank you to all of you who helped us spread the word about our free taiko classes! There is one last class for the Primer tonight but we can't wait to have something like this happen again. We all had a blast introducing new people into the taiko world and also seeing familiar faces who just came to have fun.
This week will also be the first week for the current 12-week courses to be taught by our talented coaches. Kris will be away on an On Ensemble performance tour in Japan for the next month. Let's wish him safe travels and also wish our coaches good luck! It's going to be a great week filled with new events and superb energy.
