-Take turns solo-ing
Positive and constructive comments after each pair of solos
-Used the comments to create 1-2 things for each individual to focus on for the rest of practice, as identified by the group and chosen by the player (see photo).
Free Practice
-Half kept Shitauchi and other half practice on their own for - 4 minutes each round for each Shitauchi
(4 minutes yukichi with small speed up, stop and switch sides, then 4 more minutes of yukichi. Stop switch and move to next shitauchi)
Solo
-Goal - to incorporate the 1-2 points identified
Solos were short since short on time, and comments were given while cleaning/outside.
