Intern Input Day: 18

Asano Youth Classes at LATI have begun! I started playing taiko at the age of 7 and it has been a huge and beneficial part of my life. Being a member of a youth taiko organization like Zenshin Daiko and growing up with a bunch of other kids the same age as me who also enjoyed taiko helped me make life-long friends. I learned taiko, discipline, but most of all found a passion that I will keep with me for the rest of my life. Everything that I have learned since the beginning has stuck with me 'til this day, such as confidence and working hard in everything I do. My entire taiko career has been with Zenshin Daiko until now, so you can imagine the excitement I had when LATI announced that they will be having their very own Asano Youth Classes. All of my taiko friends would agree that taiko has shaped who we are today especially because we started at a young age. It's a fun learning environment with music, great teachers, and friends.
