- Uchikomi is about the repetition of rhythms in ways to improve aspect of your physical and mental ability
- The course is designed to give students lots of playing time incorporating the different Taiko styles such as: Beta, Naname and Odaiko
- The goal is for the body to grasp the concept of using form over power and to gain strength in both stamina and endurance
