Clapping Exercise: clap on time after the SORE! (try different tempos)
- Elbows (practice hitting eight hits together)
- Arms (1/2/3/4 Flow)
1 = position bachi at center of drum, arm straight
2 = bring arm/bachi up in air, next to your head
3 = bend elbow, bachi and forearm in straight line
4 = strike at center of drum
- Arms (Smooth Flow: practice hitting eight hits together)
