Warm-Ups - Quick body swings -> Fall and Catch

Shimedaiko:
-How to sit (3.5 options-> Agura, Seiza, Tategiza, Modified Tategiza). Distance from shimedaiko, basic kamae.
-5 minutes hitting. Touched upon isolation R/L strikes vs. cyclical.
-Use of UP-DOWN imagery vs. elbow and wrist usage. Eyesight.

-Listening practice: One-by-one (TEN TEKEx7) drill
-Sharp attack and confidence.

-Striking - Demonstration on body - thinking of loft (lever from the back vs. being pulled up)

Chudaiko:
-Pattern unchanged from last week, but more breakdown of patterns, analysis, and color-coding with the whiteboard.
BLUE = Onami/Konami
RED = Cyclical Cue

-Light review of sitting.

Demonstrated:
-Lower body usage for chudaiko. Feet attaching to the drum body.

Accomplished:
-Ability to cycle achieved (Group A chudaiko players passing the baton to Group B; Group B passing to Group A; each group switching to shimedaiko in the line).
