Shimedaiko Ji-Uchi -> Shibori Technique Review
-Minimum strike to maximum volume.
-Students also analyzed their bachi height and control with mirror and with partners.

-Chudaiko: No new rhythms introduced, but entrance choreography taught - most students are able to follow if guided visually.
-16 beats-> Starting head/forehead, then back falls, arms open wide, torso up, arms in, arms down, arms up & lean back.

-How to end uchipanashi drill with Don Owari (R-arm up, standing and rising, bowing) with composure.

-Uchipanashi -> Lasted 15+ minutes, now includes entrance choreography.
-Bowing as if for performance.
-Sitting and Rising-> Introduction for those who had missed previous classes, review for those in class.

-Clean-Up
