Three times this week: Pick a page of interest from the 30 Days packet. Pick one of the exercises on that page and begin the drill. If and when you find a truffle (a challenging or vexing part), zoom in, "geek out", and spend the rest of the practice period just working on that little thing. In other words, use the 30 Days drills as a jumping off point to wander into your own practice of something specific. Next week I want to know what you geeked out on (there should be three things) and I want you to demonstrate those things.
