Byron Yamada

Byron Yamada got his taiko start in 1999 as a member and eventual co-director of UCLA's Kyodo Taiko. He has subsequently played with seminal groups Kinnara Taiko and Kishin Daiko, and was a founding member of Nishikaze, for a time performing five shows daily at Disneyland. Yamada was a member of touring ensemble TaikoProject from 2004-2012 and currently teaches youth taiko classes at the El Marino Language Immersion School.

バイロン・ヤマダは1999年にUCLAのKyodo Taikoのメンバーとして太鼓をを始め、最終的には共同ディレクターを務めた。その後、影響力の強いグループ、Kinnara TaikoやKishin Daikoとの共演経験を積む。また、一時、ディズニーランドで一日5回の演奏をこなすNishikazeの創設メンバーの一人でもあった。2004年から2012年までTAIKOPROJECTに所属。現在はエル・マリノ　ランゲージスクールにて、青少年に太鼓を教えている。
