- Stretch at beginning (+ five classmates introductions: Aki, Araceli, Chiaki, Douglas, Frances)
- How to set up equipment / equipment handling
- Drum size explanation (1.4 - 1.6 size drums for adults)
- How to switch to different drums (move forward one row)

Beta Fundamentals
- Bachi/grip, Stance, "Kamaete"
- Recognizing force of gravity (with and without bachi)

Arm Strikes (Individual)
