Run-through with notes
- Moving during Intro: Make the first step count and be sure to consider your focus/where you're looking
- Careful timing of first A
- A-ext slowdown, but not lazy kata -- if anything, should be more intense!
- Imagine a spotlight on you before your solo -- be ready for it!
- Build timing is weak: chu players need to have stronger kuchishoga, S/O players need to focus more on keeping unaccented hits together
- Careful timing of River into A
- A sequence (1 - normal, 2 - normal, 3 - Rt arm strikes with Lt arm-circle (back stroke), 4 - Flam (LR))
- Keep the energy building all the way to the end!

Practice drills for all of the notes
Drill 1-on-1 A-ext slowdown (one S/O, one chu)
