Class syllabus: 

5 minute - Spinning (ManMan)
- spotting
- think about propelling upward - lengthen spine
- tightening core muscle - or think more in details about how to utilize and strengthen the core muscle

10 minute - Fue (Yuta)
-Yatai first 2 lines
- - hit and release practice in detail

20 min - Fundamentals (Yuta)
-Double strokes
- - Wrist
- - Finger Pull
- - Finger Resistance
- - No finger

20 min - Breath (ManMan)
- using the calm app breathing guide
- follow the breath in - hold - breath out
- approach the breathing cycles like wave
- allow the drumming to respond to the breathing
- practice reciprocal breathing with partner
