Zoom in on different parts of patterns. Sharon worked on Murder sticking, Janelle worked on Auld body movement.
Improvised 6M, 8M Solo Drill
Zoom in on different parts of patterns. Sharon worked on DoDoLoops sticking with an emphasis on keeping arms straight. Janelle worked on DGM left hand ku and not rotating left hand wrist.
