-- Hello brave Omiyage jiuchi players!
-- While I'm outside working with others for 5 minutes today, I'd like you to start practicing the "A Extended Accents jiuchi". The basic rhythm is the same as the regular A Extended jiuchi, except we play only the loud hits (without the quiet inbetween hits). The sticking of the accents changes to "LRL". So the normal "L rlr L rlr L r" becomes "L --- R --- L -". The normal A Extended jiuchi is played for one A Extended pattern by the chu-daiko players, and this "A Extended Accents jiuchi" is played during the second. For the jiuchi players it works out to 4x through each jiuchi pattern. Practice playing A Extended jiuchi 4x, followed by A Extended Accents jiuchi 4x. Happy practicing!

-- relaxing immediately after loud L
-- quiet and even rlr
