In-class practice opportunities
The jiuchi (basebeat) players for the battles are called the "Rock Solids" and we teach a course on the topic at LATI. The coaching session of the course begins January 7, providing three opportunities between then and the battle to run your solo with a proper jiuchi (basebeat). And you're helping our students by providing a real-live soloist. Come play! Session is free but please RSVP.

Taiko Tug
Hey bicycle lovers!.. We'll be meeting at Asano Taiko US and riding over to the gym. It should be a fun, 15-20 minute ride. And we'll be towing the equipment, so if you have a bike trailer or beefy rack and could help cart a small drum or stand, let me know!
