Warm up:
1) tai chi warm up arm swinging exercise
- purpose: posture awareness, and the concept of initiating from your core, and "letting go" of the arms
2) arm swing and glide across the room
- purpose: initiating from core, imagine a tiny pulley on the top of your head that guide the direction, maintain the sense of gravity while moving across the room

4) dying cockroaches for 2 minutes
- purpose: "shake it up" shake up the qi/ki throughout your entire body
Melting Exercise
- 3 minutes drum roll along with the meditation music
- maintain a soft drum roll while focusing on the body, imagine melting from the top of your body towards the ground
oroshi with the lights off
- one by one - crescendo > decrescendo
- focus on breathing and using core power to increase the volume
- notice where tension happens throughout your body
- be mindful that everyone is different and the goal is to go beyond your own comfort zone rather than comparing with others
breathing/kegel exercise chest/torso > belly
- breath in > jelly fish goes down (relax muscle below your belly button)
- breath out > jelly fish goes up (tighten muscle in an upward motion)
Light Saber Game
- goal: be comfortable with the space in between strike, and also the space around our body
- game: in random order, takes turn to short "se-re", practice activating core muscle for strikes
