-Feet - position
Practice on own with combining differences in several parts of the body -> Come up with new ideal stance for yourself
1-minute Wrist Drill
-Maintain your comfortable position and stance
-Hit center
-change the center line angle
Elbow strike
-isolate - bend all the way
-keep shoulder-elbow in exact location
-let the bachi slip through
