1-minute Wrist Drill

1-minute Wrist Drill with intensity
-Notice any differences in your body and adjust Marking accordingly

Elbow Strike
-isolate - bend all the way
-keep shoulder-elbow in exact location
-use index/thumb finger circle to make sure that the bachi "slips"through

1-minute Elbow Drill loose
1-minute Elbow Drill increasing tempo
16 strikes on 70~170BPM

Whole Arm Strike
1/2/3/4
Flow through the whole motion, allowing your bachi to flop backwards to get more distance
-Think of how you can get the maximum distance along the plane
-4 strikes loose, 4 strikes adding speed
-Use metronome to time your faster strike
-Body Usage practice/discussion
