Kuchishoga: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CBplg6yoMLv820wz0zFOClLWeFNOKvbH...
- Triplet feel
Inifinity Migi (A + C)
- If thought in sets of 3, 1 hit will be on the close side of the drum and 2 hits will be on the far side. Opposite on the next grouping of 3 hits.
- Focus on completing circles by using more elbow on both sides of the body
- Twist at the hip to reach the opposite sides of the drum--keep the axis of the body upright and dont lean over --- only twist
- During the 'L R R' to transition your stance into B or D font-drum style, foot should leave the ground on the first L ka, then land on the don that follows at the beginning of B or D
Triangle Migi (B + D)
- Played with the right foot a step forward--idea is to be more in front of the drum like a 'half-x-pattern' type of stance
- "Painting" technique
- Twist (with a slight weight shift) left or right foot to emphasize the Don's
- Foot should left on the don of A or C to transition back to regualr naname stance
Migi Arrangement
- N N N N/2 A A B B C D C D
- N = no choreo, just rhythms
- Note that the endings of A and C will change when arranged to accommodate double hits
