Types of Shime: 3cho (smaller) and 4cho (larger)
There is a correct stand for both 3cho and 4cho

Grip - pinch with thumb and index finger, and close gap between two fingers
Arms - triangle-like shape, where arms are still extended pointing at center of shime
Strike - slap-like motion, where palm faces down

Wrist (Bounce vs Stop)
