Basics review - Oroshi opposite for 3 minutes
Basic Large strike
-Raise arm all the way up (think back), work on flexibility
-Bend elbow all the way and make sure it goes towards the drum rather than down
Naname Basics
Stance and location
Angle of arms and hands - Rt hand should rub against palm, left hand should rub against thumb
Make sure elbow bends towards the drum (not down) when making larger strikes
Raise left arm just as high as right
