Nagado Bachi
Notes
Oroshi
After first two don's, look at SL person's Rt hand, then SR person's Lt hand for the Ka
Though it may seem from the audience that the back row is leading, it's easier to be lead by the people in the front to stay together
Solos
Bigger motions and simpler solos - make sure audience knows who is soloing!
Group Solos
Great! Nothing more to say
Chaos
Start from zero -> build up the tsu and ka to make the chaos seem more chaotic at the end
Build
Breathe in before starting Ji
NEW! - for the AAAB's B section, each player pauses once their turn is done
Main Phrase (AAAB)
Form - extend arms for Ka
Sound - make sure tsu are softer so that it sounds more groovy
Short Kiai (vs long kiai for Main Phrase later)
Front Row solo
-more involvement in Ji - look/embelish let the solo affect you, KIAI
-you can stray away from using grace notes - cuz everyone else is keeping ji
Main Phrase
-during break after ST Variation, kiai and keep kiaing
-we tried long kiai at the top of each phrase
