[5] Welcome
- large studio
- new members, introductions
- Andrewsu improvements
- drum / usu setup

warmup: 16's / koneri - JE / CFu
- 16's drill individual feedback
-- HF: good arm movements; L wrist angle is weird, L grip is too tight
-- DT: nice relaxed grip; counting still tricky
-- AB: arms moving really well; bachi are angled with respect to forearm (esp. R)
-- CFo: looking nice and relaxed; L angle of bachi is weird (from front view), should be straight with forearm
-- KH: great stance and posture; L grip too tight, fingers contributing more than they need
-- DA: arms moving well; L bachi is angled (from front view), should be straight with forearm up to shoulder
-- CH: great R grip and arm movement; L bachi is cocked out with respect to forearm (from front view), L bachi tip isn't coming as far back as R because the grip is too tight
-- JE: arms are moving well despite having so much to worry about as facilitator; increase distance from drum so upper arms don't look cramped
-- SH: good grip; increase distance to drums, extend arms out in front of you
-- DF: good work struggling to figure out the counting; grip too tense so bachi aren't moving freely, very important to fix this immediately
-- TT: nice counting!; grip too tense (esp. L), bachi tip should pass near shoulder during strike
-- YY: good grip and arm movements; increase your distance from the drum and extend the arms in front of you
-- SN: good arm movements and great counting; R bachi tip makes a circle in the air, increase your distance from the drum so arms are more extended
