- review Cronkite parts E and F slowly; know how to count the individual hits of F and exactly how it differs from Murder

-- after big R strike make sure bachi doesn't bounce up into L hand
-- bouce L up after ki-pad / fuchi strike to avoid R
- strikes
-- R hits should be powerful and satisfying, with good elbow bend, relaxed grip, and perfectly perpendicular path
- extension
-- arms long when possible (when not hitting "don"/"gon")
-- bachi flowing smoothly (bachi lag)
