-Stance - put your right foot slightly in for more effective body usage
-Grip - bottom grip, keep your thumb off
-Wrist strikes - maintain grip with only one fulcrum
-Elbow strikes - point elbow towards the direction that you are hitting
-Whole Arm strikes - Isaku's "1, 2, 3", keep arm at a chopping angle
-Oroshi - be conscious of what part of the body is being used for slow to fast (Whole body, Whole arm, Elbows, Wrist)
-X Form
- -Rt, Lt, Both -> 4-8-16
- -R/L/L/R, L/R/R/L in Down/Down/Up/Up -> 4-8-16
