2 mins drum roll taking turns mountain; 2 min doko, 2 min large strikes
Resistance bands for core activation and leading with the trunk. Partnered pull and release??
Matsuri lines- incorporation of leading with core.
Introduction to idea of flow-y bachi, bachi as an extension of your arm
