nagado bachi (usually larger diameter, harder "kashi" wood)
earplugs

Class syllabus: 

Opening:
if you were an animal, what would you be?

breathing exercise
tai chi exercise
full body warm up
foot massage

2 mins drum roll taking turns mountain
pattern 4 (doro ~~~~~)

water bottle
- feel the weight and pull of the water
- pair up / hold and release of bachi
- focus on the weight of the body sinking toward the ground

apply the water bottle + weight release towards the ground sensation
