Goal: Ability to play Scuttlebutt after any M phrase.
How to practice
- practice 1: Over carpet, "air-bachi" each M1 Scuttlebutt, dropping bachi where you would hand off. Focus on preparatory half-flip and repeat until flip, steps, and rhythm comes naturally.
- practice 2: Attempt the following challenge patterns over carpet, dropping bachi instead of hand-off. Practice each until Scuttlebutt is smooth and easy.
-- M1, M2 Scuttlebutt
-- M2, M3 Scuttlebutt
-- M1, M4 Scuttlebutt
-- M3, M1 Scuttlebutt
