Opening

16's Drill
- review and practice the essential elements

- give individual feedback on grip and arm positions in particular
- do run-through

Grip and strike fundamentals review and feedback
- 60 seconds of practice
- detailed question
- repeat
- if relevant: explain and experiment with differences in bounciness using "bachi spectrum"

Gear 1 - Dribble with presses
-review concepts and practice
-- copycat taking turns: dribble at center vs edge, 8/8, moving gradually
-- copycat taking turns: push center (on/off)
-- copycat taking turns: strike moving torwards edge
- Gear 1 development
-- taking turns

Gear 2 - loud to soft strike technique
- "relaxed meat": stopping the bachi down without any extra tension
- work slowly through 1's section of 1eau
- teach and practice 1's section if time remains

- Tally Ho nagado groove (including cut-out)
- everyone try together, then individually
