Technique Review
Basic Hitting Technique
- Wrists
-- Proper grip, relaxation, evenness, stick control
- Elbows
-- Bend elbows!, whip-like motion, efficient bachi path
- Shoulders
-- Correct starting position, extended drawbacks, pull down from "bachi tree"

Oroshi
Try to smoothly transition between S-E-W technique
Take turns leading and ending the oroshi!
Play in two groups alternating hits

Renshu review
Isolate technique for each line
- Pattern B: efficient and even DoRotsuku strikes
- Pattern C: Strong Dons, accurate kas
- Pattern D: Clear difference in dynamics, similar to Pattern C technique
- Pattern E: Strong kiai, RLLR sticking

Today's arrangement: Renshu, 4-8-16-32 (one line per person), Renshu, Oroshi ending
