Find Neutral (Ground Zero) Stance - without bachi
-Feet - angle
-Feet - position
-Knee
-Hip/Pelvis
-Back
-Neck
-Shoulder
-Arm - draw a center line, horizontal to floor

Strike - wrist with bottom grip

Adjust/Test Differences in:
-Arm - adjust angle of center line
-Shoulder
-Back
-Pelvis/Hip
-Knee bend
-Feet- angle
-Feet - position

Practice on own with combining differences in several parts of the body -> Come up with new ideal stance for yourself

1-minute Wrist Drill
-Maintain your comfortable position and stance
-Hit center
-change the center line angle

Elbow strike
-isolate - bend all the way
-keep shoulder-elbow in exact location
-let the bachi slip through

-revisit the stance
-try marking where you think the neutral was
-make adjustments after your first 1-minute drill
