-30 sec bottom grip
-30 sec top grip
-30 minute hybrid grip - while shifting stance to your ideal modification
2 minutes of wrist with hybrid grip

Practice getting in and out of that position
Elbows
-Basic elbow strike - individual practice
-dokodoko slow
-16 strikes at different tempos (without letting the rest of your arms get influenced)
- -70-170BPM
-Always check stance
Whole Arm
-1/2/3/4
-Let it flow
-Mirror check for nice clean strike
-double strike to check if both arms are similar
-4 loose strikes/4 fast strikes - nothing changes other than speed
10-minutes alone time
