- Big strikes. Extend the arms and WAIT until the last moment to hit. It's better to hit a little late than to hit early.
- Bend the elbows first when striking, NOT the wrists.
- Relax the shoulders. Don't shrug up or else you won't be able to hit as hard/loud.
- Keep the R and L hits evenly loud.
